EGGnormous Easter Egg Hunt — Zionsville Lions Club

📅 Saturday, April 4, 2026 | Activities begin at 9 am | Egg hunts start at 10 am

📍 Zionsville Lions Park

One of the biggest Easter egg hunts in Central Indiana — over 25,000 eggs! The Lions Club's first big event of the year.

  • Donation breakfast starting at 9 a.m.

  • Face painting, pictures with the Easter Bunny, Miss Indiana Princesses & Leo the Lion

  • Egg Stroll for ages 1–2 & 3-4at 10 a.m.

  • Egg Hunts by age group (5–6, and 7+) at 10:30 a.m., staggered start times

Whitestown Bunny Hop

📅 Saturday, April 4 | 10am-12pm

📍 Whitestown Municipal Complex

Get ready for a morning of fun at our new and improved Bunny Hop! Whitestown Parks and Recreation’s annual egg hunt has been reimagined to include hopping down the bunny trail to gather eggs, capturing a photo with the Easter Bunny, and collecting eggs from our local sponsors!


Lebanon Parks Easter Egg Hunt

📍 Memorial Park, Lebanon

Come out to Memorial Park on Saturday, April 4th for the Lebanon Parks & Recreation Easter Egg Hunt. Also, don't miss your chance to get your picture with the Easter Bunny! First hunt will start at 10:30am. The other two hunts (5-7 & 8-10) will begin right after. A separate egg hunt for our Special Needs Friends will take place at 9:30am.


Sip, Stroll and Shop

📍 Downtown Zionsville

Stroll the Main Street Zionsville district, step into welcoming shops and experience treats, specials and surprises along the way. Each shop offers its own unique touch, creating a perfect night out with friends. Sponsored by Duke Energy.

My Grown-Up & Me Etiquette Class Zionsville Parks & Recreation

📍 CoHatch

Manners meet modern life in this sweet and engaging Mommy & Me Etiquette Class presented by the Kind Kettle. Through games, role-playing, and hands-on activities, caregivers and children will learn age-appropriate social skills like introductions, table manners, and confidence in public settings. It’s an interactive experience that builds lifelong skills — and creates special moments together. Ages: 4+

"In and Around the Creek" by Scott Miller — Opening Reception

Outdoor Escape Room: The Case of the Missing Habitat Zionsville Parks & Recreation

📅 Saturday, April 18 | 10-11am

📍 Overley-Worman Park

Can your family crack the case? Important habitat clues have gone missing, and the trail holds the key to finding them. Your family will explore the park in search of clues that help put wildlife habitats back together. Along the way, you’ll work together to solve hands-on puzzles, uncover hidden messages, and try a few simple science experiments.


This family-friendly program is best suited for ages 6 and up. Younger siblings are welcome to join the fun with help from family members. Please register one adult per team or family. Program fee includes materials and small take-home prizes.

Zionsville Parks & Recreation

📍Overley-Worman Park, Shelter A

Park and PLAY is a free mobile recreation program that brings outdoor fun to Zionsville parks! Our outreach vehicle, the Creekstomper, pops up in a local park for playful, open-ended fun — think outdoor games, hands-on activities, music, and bubbles. It’s designed for kids ages 2–13 and is free for the community to enjoy.

Zionsville Greenfest — Bringing Nature Home

📅 Saturday, April 25 | 9 am–Noon

📍 Elm Street Green, Zionsville (rain location: Zionsville Town Hall) Presented by Zionsville Parks Foundation. A family-friendly Earth Day and Arbor Day celebration connecting the community with sustainability and nature. Kids and families will love exploring the exhibits, picking up free native plants, and learning how to help wildlife and pollinators thrive. What to expect:

  • Native plant sale (pre-sale orders picked up this day; walk-up sales while supplies last)

  • Do It Again Recycled Art Market — indoor art and craft show featuring recycled and reclaimed materials

  • Exhibits and displays from green organizations and local businesses

  • Workshops and presentations on sustainability topics

Whitestown Viking Fest

📅 Friday–Sunday, April 24–26

Friday, April 24: 4–9 p.m. | Saturday, April 25: Noon–9 p.m. | Sunday, April 26: Noon–5 p.m.

📍 Anson Acres Park

One of the most unique family festivals in Central Indiana — Whitestown turns into an immersive Viking village! A huge hit with kids of all ages. What to expect:

  • Viking-themed reenactors in full garb with weapons demonstrations

  • Multiple Viking villages to explore

  • Live music and stage entertainment

  • Artisans selling handcrafted items

  • Food and beverages

  • Inflatables (closes at dark Friday and Saturday)

  • Archery and axe throwing demonstrations

  • Keg Toss competition for adults

  • Iron Skillet Toss for kids — prizes awarded by age group!

  • Live wolves on site (NO pets allowed)
